The Health +++ idea has the potential to revolutionize healthcare in the field of medical sciences. Social and economic world can reap huge benefits out of the Predictive/Statistical Analytic techniques. The in-depth research and the statistical analysis required on the information churned on massive historical data sets of medical diagnosis and integrating the same with patients medical profile is beyond the scope of any physician, enforcing the Physicians and Insurance/Pharmaceutical companies to rely on the techniques of Predictive Analytic.
Using PA, Hospitals/Government Health Care Institutes can predict and act proactively to provide accurate diagnosis or estimate possibility of any epidemic catastrophe in near future. Insurance companies can work with Hospital/Health care agencies to design effective products and health plans. The Pharmaceutical companies may use PA in expediting drug development, optimizing marketing strategies and providing effective patient compliance.

A unique social, intelligent and cost effective eco
system for Health care

1. 360 Degree Social User Friendly Platform on Web /Mobile:
- Interactive Social Platform can be access by different level of audience for different level of uses.
a. Indian Citizen (Normal User)
b. Hospitals, Doctors
c. Laboratories, Blood Banks, Medical stores etc.
d. Govt. Authorities

a. Indian Citizen :
• Each Person will have unique profile id called “H-id” linked with either AADHAR CARD or PAN Card identification
• He/She can maintain all Health related information from his/her birth with detailed privacy settings
• He/she can link Health Insurance policies, Medi-claim policies in the profile.
• He/she can maintain his/her medical history incl all prescriptions, medical reports etc in a single place
• He/She can add a Family members into his/her Family Tree structure and Friends to his/her friend list
• He/She can share health related status, articles, notes, educational videos to their family members and friends
• Dedicated SOS button configured in mobile handsets to send emergency alert and location to Family node and 108 emergency service

b. Hospitals , Doctors :
• Doctor can access “H-id” of a citizen to track and analyze allowed transactions to his/her profile
• With the help of Medical Profile, Dr can easily analyze his/her past medical history, medical reports and other important information before prescribing a medicine to the patient
• Using Family tree Feature ,Dr can get accurate diagnosis on Parental Inherited diseases
• Doctor can approve Birth /Death certification, medicalim ,Insurance and other govt related formalities directly on portal

c. Laboratories, Blood Banks, Medical stores :
• Patient can select laboratories, Medical Stores from area specific list of labs and medical stores to request a medical test /medicines
• Labs can upload medical report against patient profile using “H-id”

d. Govt. Authorities :
• Govt. can use this platform for broadcasting News, Announcements and publishing Health awareness docs like Health Check list to all citizens of INDIA
• Govt. authorities can generate and process legal docs related to medical system using “H-id”

2. Intelligent Eco system :

• Govern ,Run and Manage efficiently using Intelligent data warehouse solution almost anywhere ,anytime on any device
• All Data will be treated as an RAW Material for generating actionable meaningful statistics reports ,dashboards
• Geographically manage Health KPIs and take in time corrective actions to prevent thousands of casualties
• Prevent viral disease like (Swine flu, Chicken Gunia etc...) by creating automatic tracking based system
• Avoid many unnoticed medical malpractices/accidents happens by human mistakes like
“23 thalassemics children test HIV positive in Gujarat hospital”

3. Cost Effective Solution :

• As this service is under basic need it must be Free for ALL to all citizen of INDIA
• To run and maintain this gigantic eco system smoothly we need huge hardware architecture and efficient developers cost is so huge
• To Design cost effective solution it must have alternate sources of revenue minimize cost from Government treasure.
• There are many ways in proposed solution where we can generate huge revenue to maintain entire eco system at almost ZERO maintenance cost.
