Case of TMJ disc displacement without reduction and disc adhesion
Pt presented with c/o reduced mouth opening (15 mm) and pain over right TMJ
By clinical finding pt was diagnosed as disc displacement without reduction and disc adhesion
Pt was plan for TMJ arthrocentesis under local Anasthesia
Immediate post operative mouth opening of 27 mm was achieved.

Pt was having root piece of first molar since long time causing sever infection with chronic sinusitis and extreme foul smelling.
Pt was operated under local anaesthesia. Window was created, root piece was removed and entire sinus was curettage. Primary closure was done.
Post OPG showing good healing and sinusitis was resolved.
