BELGIAN CHOCOLATE SUSHI
Chocolate Sushi is made from all natural chocolate and bakerโ€™s ingredients. We use Belgian and Swiss Chocolate in our baking and rolling processes. Each โ€œsushiโ€ is carefully hand-rolled and portioned. Chocolate SushI does not contain rice, fish or wasabi. Chocolate Sushi is a product of pure chocolate indulgence , curated โ€ผ๏ธ marking the gooey occasion of
THE WORLD CHOCOLATE DAY ..

Ingredients
500 gms semi sweet chocolate compound
100 ml corn syrup
200 gms sugar
200 ml double cream
300 gms desiccated coconut
200 gms of praline ( caramelized cashew nut ) crushed
Directions
To make modeling chocolate melt chocolate in double boiler,
Heat corn syrup , sugar and cream in a pan and mix thoroughly add desiccated coconut and mix well . Cool the mix
Spread on a inverted tray and cover it with a butter paper and roll it with a rolling pin keep it in a refrigerator to firm but in a pliable texture .
Take out the coconut slab and make 3 inche gashes and cut it length wise .
Pipe in the chocolate ganache into the rolled coconut roll and seal it carefully .Wrap in plastic / butter paper and refrigerate to firm .
Take out the firm rolls and dip it in molten dark chocolate and immediately dust it with desiccated roasted coconut or pralines โ€“ keep it on a butter paper and tightly roll it back and refrigerate .
Carefully cut the rolled out Belgian chocolate sushi Using a sharp knife 1 inch lengths. Place on your plate and serve accompanied with some fruity , chocolaty dip .

Gourmet World Chocolate Day Wishes with 3 of my chocolate Recipes ...... FAST TO CREATE AND GREAT TO RELISH ..

Chocollage Bombeโ€™e is a lip smacking Dessert specially crafted as an all time treat thatโ€™s just around and sure to impress kids and adults alike !
It is a perfect melange of creamy ice creams studded with nougatine and choicest candy crush โ€“ set as a Dome, it is a world of dellectable treats laced with gooey chocolates for World chocolate Day , today ...

Preparation Time โ€“ 30 mins

Serves โ€“ 4

Ingredients

250 ml Mango ice cream
250 ml strawberry ice cream softened
250 ml vanilla ice cream softened
500 ml molten chocolate
30 gms mint candy
50 gms lemon candy
50 gms caramelised cashew nuts / nougatine
ยฝ tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp unsalted butter
Directions

1. Freeze a 6-inch bowl. While itโ€™s still cold, place mango, strawberry and vanilla ice cream scoops alternately. Compress them into the bowl with crushed candies and nougatine mixed in intervals โ€“ stuff the hollow of the bowl tightly and cover it with a plastic wrap. Freeze the bombe for 50 minutes or until firm.

2. Finally, spoon in enough softened strawberry ice cream to fill the bowl. Freeze until hard.

3. To unmould, dip the bowl up to the rim in warm water. Run a knife around the edge to loosen the bombe and unmould upside down onto a flat p late. Neatly pour the molten chocolate evenly over the hemisphere. Freeze once again until ready to serve.
