This exercise is called Leg Extension:

1.⁠ ⁠When to Use & What It’s For
Dono Legs ko slowly upar lift karo to make the front part of your thighs (quads) strong.
It helps with knee support, leg strength, and better-looking thighs.

2.⁠ ⁠How to Sit
Machine par seedhe baith jao.
Back ko pad par chipka kar rakho.
Soft roller ko apne ankles ke thoda upar set karo.
Side ke handles pakadkar stable ho jao.

3.⁠ ⁠How to Do the Exercise
Legs ko slowly upar lift karo.
Top par 1 second hold karo jab muscles tight feel ho.
Phir legs ko slowly niche le aao.
Weight ko jhatke se mat chhodo.

4.⁠ ⁠What It Helps With
Front thighs strong bante hain.
Knees ko support milta hai.
Squat, running, jumping sab easy lagta hai.
Thigh shape aur tone better hota hai.

This exercise is called - Leg Curls
1.⁠ ⁠When to Use & What It’s For
Do Leg Curls when you want to make the back part of your legs (hamstrings) stronger. It helps you walk, run, and lift better without knee pain.

2.⁠ ⁠The Position
Sit properly on the machine.
Keep your back resting on the pad.
Put your legs under the soft roller.
Hold the handles so your body doesn’t move.

3.⁠ ⁠How to Perform
Slowly bend your legs and bring your heels towards your butt.
Hold for a second when you feel the squeeze.
Slowly bring your legs back — don’t drop the weight fast.

4.⁠ ⁠Benefits
Makes your hamstrings strong, supports your knees, improves balance, and helps you run or jump better. Also shapes the back of your legs.
