(उत्तिथ हस्ता पादाङ्गुष्ठासन)

Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana
• Utthita = Extended
• Hasta = Hand
• Pada = Foot
• Angustha = Big toe
• Asana = Pose

How to Perform the Pose:
1. Stand tall in Tadasana (Mountain Pose).
2. Shift your weight onto one leg.
3. Lift the other leg and grab the big toe with the corresponding hand.
4. Extend the leg forward while keeping the spine straight.
5. You can either keep the leg extended in front or move it to the side.
6. Hold the pose while maintaining balance.

Benefits:
• Improves balance and concentration.
• Strengthens the legs and core.
• Stretches the hamstrings and calves.

Avoid, Incase of ankle, knee, leg pain.
