”How can we beat the heat of SUMMER according AYURVEDA
According to Ayurveda, the best time to take 1 spoon gulkand with water is mid-morning between 10:00–11:00 AM. 🌹☀️

At this time the sun heat and Pitta start increasing, and gulkand’s Sheetal (cooling) and Pitta-shamak properties help protect the body from heat, acidity, burning sensation, and dehydration.

It can be taken about 2–3 hours after breakfast, preferably with normal or slightly cool water (not cold). This timing also helps maintain bowel regularity and mental calmness during summer.

For maximum benefit in summer:
• 1 teaspoon gulkand + 1 glass water
• Take around 10–11 AM
• Avoid taking immediately after heavy meals.
