bladder dissection with only bipolar and scissor

In lap Hysterectomy, the main part is bladder dissection in case of pre cs cases.
TIPS---1st is to dissect UV fold 1/3 from the uterus and 2/3 distance from bladder side --which one safe line of dissection and then push bladder.

--You may start dissection from Lt side above uterine for bladder dissection, but you may go Rt side or from mid position

-You may use Harmonic--Monopolar--Bipolar -- scissors for dissection.

Our aim is to prevent any bladder injury.
