Sneha has been an extremely calm and focused participant throughout her pregnancy. From the very beginning, she set one clear goal for herself — a healthy and happy pregnancy. To achieve this, she has consistently followed all our yoga exercises, meditation sessions, and information classes without missing a single one. She has also sincerely practiced all the suggested techniques, including squats and other exercises, with complete dedication.
