As a classical homoeopathy practitioner, psychotherapist and an excellent counselor for the last thirteen years. It has been her personal mission to drive research, education and clinical practice to advance a philosophy of health that addresses mind, body and spirit. Since then, she’s studied, taught and lectured about homoeopathy and dedicated her life to its practice. In addition to her clinical practice, she has mentored new homoeopaths and homoeopathic students since 2007. She believes that homoeopathy is the future of medicine and health care.
Twara describes her journey into homoeopathy as “just sort of falling into it”, when she picked up a book and fell in love. It was a copy of Sir Samuel Hahnemann’s “Organon der rationellen Heilkunde - 1810” (Organon of the Art of Healing). After her first class at Baroda Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, India, she was completely taken with the subject and there was no looking back after that.
Twara loves exploring and re-discovering remedies. She lives her life homoeopathically by remaining open and leaving room to respond to life rather react. She also looks for ‘remedies’ all around her and pays close attention to the energy in her environment that resonate with her being.

She has extensive experience in the management of advanced cases of allergies, subcapsular liver cyst, uterine prolapse, chronic depression, delayed convalescence, migraine, schizophrenia, warts, psoriasis, menopausal syndrome, flatulent dyspepsia, bronchial asthma, Psychiatric disorders, arthritis, diabetes mellitus, rheumatic fever, multiple sclerosis or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, motor neuron disease, alzheimer’s disease, hypothyroid conditions, infertility, uterine fibroids and ovarian cysts, systemic lupous erythematosus, renal calculi, gall bladder calculi, hair and skin problems, common illness like cold, flu, fever, hypertension, leucorrhoeas, etc. and many other acute & chronic cases beyond the reach of other systems of medicine.
Dedicated to constantly updating her understanding of medicine, illness and keeping abreast of advances made in the world of medicine and to utilizing this information in improving the practice, developing protocols of treatment and passing on vital information to her patients and homoeopathy students.

Personal Life:
Twara has been a guest speaker, an author for health blogs and a mother. Outside of her homoeopathic practice she continuously advances in positive parenting and also continues to help others. The same passion that she brings to helping people permeates her private life. Her many interests include star-gazing, horticulture, bicycling, cooking, and cultural pursuits. At heart she’s an adventurer, who loves a challenge. But her real regeneration comes in being close to nature, riding the waves on a sailboat, zipping down the ski slopes or hiking in the mountains.
