High NT Primi gravida, non consanguineous marriage. HIGH NT (3.😎, Absent NB, Omphalocele. FTS risk 1:187. Pt counselled for CVS. Agreed and done. FISH followed by Microarray SOS suggested. Report - TRISOMY 18

Very High NT, (NT Image has little hyperflexon I Know but over all very high risk)rest fetal anatomy normal. Pt agreed for CVS - FISH & Microarray report normal. DNA stored. Follow up scan at 16 weeks appear normal. No early malformations. Now will have follow up at 22 weeks. I will give you final outcome

Moral of story: High NT - Investigate More than 3.5 MM NT - Microarray. If normal store DNA and have close follow up for malformation and final outcome
