Subject Line:- Lets make situation of Demonetization of Money I.e 500-1000 smooth and stress free by joining hands together.

So, we take help of this NGO's all over the India and make only 10 - 20 volunteers of this NGO's to stand at each branch of banks and 1- 2 volunteers at ATM centers then it's my confidence and belief the speed of banking and ATM withdrawal will become easy and smooth with their guidance and support to citizens of India who are facing very much difficulties out side the banks and ATM centers of banks and that thing is making them impatient.

Reason:-
The Main reason behind this difficulties is 80% crowd of total which is rushing to bank or ATM centers are illiterate and not used to banking system in proper way. So, they are taking more time than required for doing their transactions either from banks or ATM centers. (Illiterate takes almost 6-9mins to withdraw cash and comparing to that literate can withdraw in just 1-2mins only)
At the end of day because of lack of knowledge and understanding they make bank staff work more and fails to take benefit on time.
In result they start shouting of not getting treated well and not able to banking after pending whole day there.

Solution:-
In India we have more than enough NGO's who all are with this decision of Govt and in full support to current Govt. And 80% of crowd of this NGO's are reliably literate and know banking and kind of things well enough and have proper knowledge to guide others properly.
So, we take help of this NGO's all over the India and make only 10 - 20 volunteers of this NGO's to stand at each branch of banks and 1- 2 volunteers at ATM centres then it's my confidence and belief the speed of banking and ATM withdrawal will become easy and smooth with their guidance and support to citizens of India.
And banking staff will also have less pressure of questions customers to deal with so they will get free from common questions which are making them more stress from citizens.

Hospitals,Pharmacy,Petrol-pumps:-
Reason:-
Our government has allowed this sectors to accept this banned currency to support citizens of India in emergency but to be very practical, lots of malfunction is happening there too. Petrol pump are collecting 100 or any small denominations from customers and at time time of depositing into bank they deposit 500 - 1000 taking from black money owners earning certain commission.

Solution:-
So to support citizens who are facing problems there also we can put our volunteer representatives to support citizens and report govt as well about what's actual happening there and making this exercise smooth and easy.

Conclusion:-
This idea looks little lengthy to accomplish but not impossible so if we can discuss on this in personal and make a proper committee for this than we can win over the situation currently going on and mark this step a intelligent one towards Victory on demolishing Black Money.
