There are around 13 lakh doctors in India.
The population of India is around 141 crores.
That’s 1 doctor for every 1000-plus people.
That’s massive pressure.
And these are just the number of doctors, not the most experienced doctors or clinical research and specialist doctors.
Our doctors have to see families lose their loved ones every day.
They are exhausted mentally, physically and emotionally.
Let’s appreciate them more.
It’s the least we can do.

"The journey has been a good one. 17 years means a lot. When you spend such a long time in one place, you forge deep connections and relationships that you carry for life. A similar thing has happened to me here. I have built deep relationships with my coworkers and colleagues and also with our customers, the doctors. It takes time and you have to be patient with it. I spent countless hours in the doctor's chambers and still do, working on understanding them, their needs, and the problems they face, to better cater to them. Consistent open communication is the key here. The best part is that it is an investment that benefits both the company and myself. I believe we are making a profound impact in the patient's life through the doctors and for that, I want to keep moving forward."
