• Mood lifter: Flipping upside down helps release those “feel-good” chemicals that wash away afternoon grumpiness. ☀️

You don’t need an hour-long workout to feel better.

We’ve all been there: the endless commute,
the background hum of the city, and the mental “tabs”
that stay open long after you’re at bedtime📱
Your mind is buzzing, and your body is stuck in a
“high-alert” mode it doesn’t know how to switch off⚡

Here is why this session is the “Off Switch” for your day:
• Slide 1-2: We don’t just feel stress; we wear it. That tightness in your lower back? It’s your body trying to protect your heart from the chaos of the city💓
• Slide 3-4: Your bones are like tuning forks. They can absorb the chaotic energy of the streets or they can absorb
the healing “hum” of a crystal bowl to reset🥣
• Slide 5-6: We are mostly water. Sound doesn’t just hit your ears; it travels through you to tell your nervous system
that the “battle” of the workday is finally over🌊

We often get stuck thinking there is only one “right” way to heal
or one “perfect” way to move, but
the goal isn’t to force my body into a shape it isn’t ready for.

If you’re pushing past your limits,
you aren’t practicing yoga; you’re practicing ego.
The most “advanced” thing you can do on your mat
is listen to what your body is actually telling you.

In these photos, I chose the floor, a bolster and a chair.
Each one is a different path to the same peace🕊️

Remember, your practice doesn’t need to be intense to be deep;
it just needs to be honest. Stop performing for the mat
and start showing up for yourself.
