अधोमुखश्वानासन Variations!
We often get stuck thinking there is only one “right” way to heal
or one “perfect” way to move, but
the goal isn’t to force my body into a shape it isn’t ready for.
If you’re pushing past your limits,
you aren’t practicing yoga; you’re practicing ego.
The most “advanced” thing you can do on your mat
is listen to what your body is actually telling you.
In these photos, I chose the floor, a bolster and a chair.
Each one is a different path to the same peace🕊️
Remember, your practice doesn’t need to be intense to be deep;
it just needs to be honest. Stop performing for the mat
and start showing up for yourself.
