Things To Remember When Planning A Romantic Dinner At Restaurant

Ah! Love-struck couples always look forward to spend some quality time together. Be it a young college lovebirds, newlywed couples, or couples married for years. Love always find its way to reciprocate. For years, candle light dinner is the perfect idea for the couples in love. It fantasize love-struck couples and mere a thought of it gleam up their face.

So, what can be more fruitful than planning a romantic dinner at a restaurant?
However, there are restaurants that offer a perfect environment for a romantic candle light dinner. Nevertheless, planning it in your own unique style is something that will touch the heart of your partner/spouse in a different way. All you need to do is to remember certain things liked by your spouse while planning for a romantic dinner at a restaurant.

Here is a checklist to organize a romantic date night with your love:

Ambience- Not to forget, it sets the mood right. If you select the restaurant that boasts of perfect ambience comprising dim lights, slow music, aroma, perfumed candle, seating arrangement, and the meal altogether then it sets the romantic mood for the dinner. It also enables you to spend quality time with your spouse.

View- Well, this is an add-on to your romantic dinner. Be it a rooftop or an open restaurant, poolside or cozy lounge, floral or lavish décor everything adds a pinch of romanticism to the dinner night. Hence, while selecting a restaurant keep in mind the view along with that of the ambience and cuisine.

Food- It is the most important of all. So, the menu list must offer the food that not only relishes your taste buds, but also of your partner. Right from the drinks, starters, main course to the desserts, all must be mouthwatering. Hence, remember to plan a romantic candle light dinner at a restaurant that offers the meal of the choice of your partner’s taste.

Service- Always remember to select the restaurant that offers custom services. You can opt for musical instruments to play for your loved one or you might need complete privacy with your partner. This is very crucial as an appropriate service can help you enhance the charm of the romantic candle light dinner. Moreover, when there will be no disturbance or distraction, it will be a perfect romantic dinner date.

Price- You cannot forget the fact that there are many restaurants offering pocket-friendly candle light dinner date arrangements. If the price is no bar for you, then you can go for the expensive private lounges offering luxury services. However, if you can select pocket-friendly restaurants or the rooftop ones, that are specifically designed to arrange candle light dinner dates.

Location- Well, it should be not too far. After a long tiring day at work or even on weekends, do not choose the place that is too far from the reach of your partner. Driving in the city traffic in itself is a tiring task. Therefore, either choose the one that is out of the city traffic or within the reach in a short driving span.

Dress- Do not forget to dress well for the dinner night. Use some good cologne to smell good at those cozy moments.

Overall, these factors play an important role in planning a romantic dinner at a restaurant. Moreover, do not carry extra stuff along with you. And, try to surprise your partner with gifts or bouquet and enjoy your dinner date, after all, you are there for that purpose.

6 Reasons why pasta is good for Health

Pasta may have its roots in Italy but it is a much loved dish even in India. Several restaurants offer it these days and you can find many authentic Italian joints serving some of the finest pastas. A staple of many European countries, pasta is slowly making its way into Indian kitchens as well. If made properly, it is a filling and nourishing meal. It is also quite easy to make. The good thing is, you can experiment by adding several ingredients and desi flavours to make it nutritious and scrumptious. Don’t believe us? Read some of its health benefits.

It isn’t fattening:
The truth is, pasta is a combined version of our Indian roti-sabzi. Instead of having it separately, you mix everything together to create one wholesome dish. Like any other meal, you can make it healthy or calorie-heavy depending on the ingredients you use. Choose red sauce instead of white, add lots of veggies and little white meat, keep the cheese to a minimum and the fresher the ingredients, the better. Opt for whole wheat pasta and make sure you don’t over or under cook it. You can have a salad on the side to complete your meal.

One pot meal:
One can add meat, both fresh and processed, a wide range of vegetables and herbs, lentils, nuts and cheese to pasta. It means that a bowl of pasta is rich in carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals making it a wholesome meal.

High in fibre:
Pasta can be made a high-fibre dish by making a few additions. To make a high-fibre pasta dish, choose from a huge range of multigrain and whole wheat variety available in the market. Add chopped, mixed vegetables or their purees. You can also try your hand at stuffed pasta or cannelloni filling it with spinach and adding meat of your choice. The more veggies you add, the healthier it becomes.

Gluten-free:
Yes! You can still eat pasta when on a gluten-free diet. While the commonly available durum pasta is not free of gluten, there are several brands that make pasta out of brown rice, soya and corn. They taste just as good as the regular fare. You can buy these from a supermarket or opt to eat at a restaurant which offers a gluten-free menu.

Good for diabetics:
Whole grain pasta cooked in olive oil with vegetables or lean meat is a very healthy meal by itself. It is full of antioxidant vitamins, heart healthy fats and bodybuilding protein. This makes it ideal for people who suffer from conditions like high blood pressure and diabetes.
Protects against cancer: Pastas are classically made with a rich tomato sauce that has been delicately spiced with herbs. This cooked and reduced tomato sauce is a rich source of an antioxidant called lycopene. It prevents damage to body cells and the DNA protecting against breast and prostate cancer. It also delays the signs of ageing. A dash of olive oil will make lycopene highly absorbable.

Best Masala Khichdi>>>https://goo.gl/2YUFYd

Over 800 kg khichdi, a traditional Indian dish relished by both rich and poor, will be prepared live on November 4 at the World Food India event here in a bid to create world record and popularise it as brand India food globally.

Khichdi — prepared using rice, pulses, coarse cereals and spices — has been selected as Brand India Food because it symbolises the country’s unity in diversity.

A giant ‘kadhai’ (frying pan) of the capacity of 1,000 litres and 7 feet in diameter will be used for slow steam-cooking of more than 800 kg khichdi.

The khichdi will be prepared by renowned chef Sanjeev Kapoor, who has been roped as brand ambassador of the Great India Food Street for the three-day event starting November 3, being organised by Food Processing Ministry along with CII.

“Khichdi is the wonder staple food of India and is considered the healthiest prepared food in India and it is being eaten across length and breadth of India by rich and poor,” Food Processing Minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal told reporters at the curtain raiser event.

Khichdi symbolises India’s great culture of unity in diversity at its best. Therefore, Khichdi has been selected the Brand India Food, she added.

The cooked khichdi will be distributed to about 60,000 orphan children as well as guests present at the event. The khichdi will also be distributed to the Heads of Foreign Missions in India along with recipe.

Brand India Khichdi’s ingredients and recipe will be popularised by Indian Foreign Missions throughout the world.

The government will ensure that Khichdi is available in restaurants and kitchens around the world, an official statement said.

How to lose weight: eat pizza, say experts:

Best Pizzza in Ahmadabad>>>https://goo.gl/kSn6jr

At last our dreams have come true! A study published in Men’s Health revealed that DOES help you lose weight. No, it’s not a joke. The important thing is knowing how and when to eat pizza, and Bright Side is going to explain it to you.

We all want to be fit, but the reality is that dieting is a nightmare for many of us. Giving up many of our favorite foods is almost inconceivable...until now.

Research from Portugal published in Men’s Health shows that people who take a "day off" once a week and eat pizza, ice cream, or any other guilty pleasure foods are more motivated and more committed to their weight loss plan.

The study compared two groups of people on a diet of 10,500 calories per week. Dieters in the second group were allowed to eat whatever they wanted on Sundays. There was no big difference in the amount of weight both groups had lost, but those participants who had taken a day off were happier and more motivated to stick with the diet.

This means that if you are thinking about dieting, designate one day a week for guilty pleasure foods. The important thing is to stay within your daily (or weekly) calorie totals and not overeat.

The Many Health Benefits of Mexican Food:

- Essential Nutrients
- Increased Intake of Protein
- Lowering Blood Pressure and Cholesterol
- Fiber

Many people agree that Mexican food is delicious, but do you know that it also has health benefits? This is not to say that all Mexican food is healthy, but if you look out for certain ingredients, you can improve your health while enjoying delicious food.

Essential Nutrients:
Health Benefits of Mexican Food, Acapulco's Mexican Family Restaurant and Cantina, MA, CT
Essential vitamins and minerals can be found in tomatoes, lettuce, and other vegetables that are commonly found in Mexican food. They each supply different vitamins and minerals to improve your health. For example, onions and tomatoes are a good source of vitamin C, which helps boost your immune system. On the other hand, avocados and lettuce supply fiber and other minerals to boost the nutrition of your meal. Choose a meal that relies heavily on these ingredients without too much of the fatty foods that can come with Mexican dishes, such as sour cream and cheese.

Increased Intake of Protein:
Protein is important because it improves energy level and keeps muscles and tissue healthy. Most Mexican meals include some sort of meat, whether it’s beef, chicken, pork, or fish. But, this is not to say all the meat in Mexican food contains a good amount of protein. One good tip is to pick lean meat over fried meat. Fried meat tends to have an unnecessary amount of saturated fat. Cheese is another ingredient that includes protein, as well as calcium, but you should not eat too much cheese because it also has saturated fat and sodium.

Lowering Blood Pressure and Cholesterol:
Spicy peppers such as jalapeños, which are found in many Mexican dishes, contain something called capsaicin. Capsaicin is a compound that is said to help lower blood pressure and cholesterol, as well as improve circulation and relieves congestion. If you have ever been told that eating spicy foods when you have a cold can make you feel better, this may be true because of capsaicin. Many Mexican sauces, such as salsa and chile, contain spicy peppers. Make sure that next time you ask for salsa or hot sauce with your Mexican meal, you will not regret the health benefits that result from your choice.

Fiber:
One kind of carbohydrate that most people do not get enough of is fiber. Fiber can be found in many fruits and vegetables. It is also found in a staple of Mexican food, which are beans. Two common kinds of Mexican beans are black beans and pinto beans. Refried beans contain less fiber than whole beans. So when you have the choice, pick steamed beans over fried.
Of course, everything is good in moderation. Mexican food can be delicious and healthy if you choose the right ingredients in your meal. If you pay close attention to the meat and beans that you choose for your meal, you could be rewarded with amazing health benefits.

4 Reasons to Put Date Night on Your Calendar — In Ink!

Whether you’ve been married five weeks, five years, or even five decades, is a ritual you should regularly observe.

I know. This is hardly a news flash. Read any advice column about how to keep the spark alive in your marriage and you’ll find date night near the top of the list.

Yet, if you’re like most couples, you’ll read it, you’ll note it, and then you’ll ignore it.

A Redbook survey of readers found that 45 percent of couples “rarely” have date nights. A mere 18 percent said they manage to go out around once a month.

Why the low numbers? I’ve wondered — especially since date night is so universally advised. Maybe it’s the old-fashioned sound of the term date night that makes the notion seem corny or trivial. Maybe dating and marriage seem like a contradiction in terms.

When I ask couples, “When was the last time you went on a date?” their response speaks volumes:

A few weeks ago we took the kids out for a movie. Does that count?
Oh, yeah, date night... we keep meaning to do that.

Some admit they’re waiting for the other to initiate it. Others are in a standoff about who last called the babysitter. Some say that going out in a formal way, without kids, just highlights the fact that they feel disconnected, that they find it discouraging and they therefore avoid it. Many tell me they’re simply “too busy.”

Still others complain that it costs a small fortune to pay a babysitter, let alone have dinner or see a movie.

6 Reasons for Eating Healthy

Visit Now>>>tysuinfotech.com

Eating isn’t always easy, but committing to a healthy diet can be one of the smartest decisions you ever make. Why? Not only can well make you look and feel better, it can also save you money on future health costs.

But even if you intend to “ healthy,” knowing exactly what that means can be challenging. “Following a healthy includes choosing plenty of lean meats, , , fruit, whole grain and dairy products,” says Debra Nessel, a registered dietitian.

Eating well also means leaving out or only rarely consuming foods that are high in added sugar, saturated fat and sodium. That includes most fast food, full-calorie sodas, processed snacks like chips and crackers, and anything with more milligrams of sodium than there are calories in a serving.

If you need some help getting motivated, here are the top reasons to sneak a few more nutrient-packed foods into your diet.

1. Increase productivity
Like a car, your brain needs quality fuel to run efficiently. When it comes to your job, working more efficiently can help you earn more, since high achievers are usually first in line for promotions and raises. Nessel says her clients frequently experience increased focus shortly after improving their diets.

How much can eating healthy help? One 2012 study published by Population Health Management found that eating an unhealthy diet puts you at a 66% increased risk of productivity loss. Another study in the Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine found that an unhealthy diet represented the highest risk for low productivity out of 19 possible risk factors, including lack of exercise, chronic pain and financial instability.

2. Save money on life insurance
Health insurance premiums cannot be based on health factors, since everyone is required to have health coverage. However, life insurance rates are largely based on age and health.

If you’re shopping for life insurance, the life insurer will likely ask for permission to get your medical records, and may require a life insurance medical exam. You could face double the life insurance cost if you’re obese. Switching to a healthier diet and maintaining a good weight before you apply for a policy could significantly lower your costs.

3. Enhance mood
What you eat has an impact on your brain, including the parts that regulate mood. Although there’s no single food that acts as a proven antidepressant, maintaining stable blood sugar through regular, proper nutrition will help you feel better overall on most days. Foods rich in vitamins and minerals, such as fruits, whole grains and vegetables, have been associated with an overall lower risk of depression, as have foods rich in omega-3 fats, such as nuts, salmon and other fatty fish.

True happiness isn’t just about the absence of depression; it also includes general well-being. “I frequently hear clients rave about their increased energy, more stable moods, better sleep, decreased joint pain” and greater ability to focus their thoughts after switching to a healthier eating pattern, Nessel says.

Eating healthy can reduce stress too. When your body is in a chronic state of stress, it breaks down protein to prepare for battle, but certain foods have the ability to moderate the body’s level of cortisol, the stress hormone. Some studies have found that consuming foods with omega-3 fatty acids and magnesium may help reduce cortisol levels. Eating a protein-rich diet, including fish and dairy, can help replenish protein stores and keep cortisol levels low.

4. Regulate weight
Most people know this one, but it still deserves a place on this list since more than half of Americans are overweight or obese, and obesity contributes to nearly 1 in 5 American deaths. Even if it’s only by 5-10%, reducing your body weight can lower blood pressure, improve cholesterol levels and decrease the risk of Type 2 diabetes, according to the Obesity Action Coalition.

Simple healthy choices such as replacing soda with water, choosing veggies instead of chips, and ordering a side salad in place of fries not only will help you lose weight, it also can help you save money. The average obese person spends $2,741 more on health care per year than a normal-weight counterpart, according to a 2012 study in the Journal of Health Economics that looked at data from 2000-2005.

5. Be healthier
Not everybody who is thin is healthy, and not everyone who is overweight is unhealthy, but eating right can improve health for even thin people who are junk food junkies. You can think of junk food as anything that’s high in calories and low in micronutrients like vitamins and minerals. This includes potato chips, greasy foods like french fries, and soda.

If you miss out on too much of the vitamins and minerals that your body needs, you could put yourself at risk for early death. A 2014 study published in the British Medical Journal found that eating at least five servings of fruit and vegetables per day was associated with lower risk of dying from any health-related cause.

6. Live longer
The same diseases that make you feel bad and cost a lot of money may also lower your life expectancy. A diet of fruit and vegetables, in combination with exercise, was associated with extended life expectancy for women in their 70s, according to a study in the Journal of the American Geriatrics Society.

Other studies have shown similar associations between a long life and calorie restriction or consumption of a Mediterranean diet, which includes lots of fruits, vegetables, and omega-3 fats from fish and olive oil. No matter how you cut it, a healthy diet can play an important role in how long you’ll live.
