Please keep hazardous objects out of children’s reach !

A 10-month-old baby was brought to Amardeep Children Hospital after accidentally swallowing a safety pin five days earlier.

Xrays confirmed the pin to be lying in the stomach following which an upper GI endoscopy was done and the pin removed. The little one recovered wonderfully and was discharged the same evening.
Timely care and intervention make all the difference.

કૃપા કરીને તમારા નાનાં બાળકોની પહોંચથી જોખમવાળી વસ્તુઓ દૂર રાખો!

10 મહિનાના આ બાળકને અમરદીપ ચિલ્ડ્રન હોસ્પિટલ ખાતે લાવવામાં આવ્યું હતું કારણ કે તેણે પાંચ દિવસ પહેલા આકસ્મિક સેફ્ટી પિન ગળી લીધી હતી.

એક્સ-રે દ્વારા પિન નું લોકેશન બાળક ની હોજારી માં જાણવા મળ્યું. બાળકની અન્ન નળી દ્વારા દૂરબિન મૂકી ને સેફ્ટી પિન ને બહાર કાઢવામાં આવી.
આનંદની વાત એ છે કે બાળક તરત હસતું રમતું થઇ ગયું અને તેને એજ સાંજે ઘરે જવા રજા આપવામાં આવી.

સમયસરની સારવાર જીવ બચાવી શકે છે.

Our new study exploring the effectiveness of barium meal & follow-up in diagnosing chronic appendicitis in kids with recurrent abdominal pain.

Eventhough modern imaging has largely superseded this method, barium meal with follow-through can still be a valuable tool in pediatric cases of recurrent abdominal pain where conventional methods are inconclusive.

Today, I was touched by a heartfelt gift from the family of a young patient I recently had the privilege of treating.

They gave me a stunning reverse silhouette collage of my photo, a handmade expression of gratitude that left me truly speechless.

Today, I received the kind of surprise that truly stays with you.

One of my patients walked in — not for a check-up, but simply to say:
"Happy Friendship Day, doctor! Thank you for being there for me."

In this profession, we aim to heal and help — but sometimes, the bonds we form go far beyond that. And honestly, who wouldn't want such loving, warm-hearted, clear-souled, and innocent people as friends?
