Sharing a case of immediate implant placement with GBR protocols

1. Pre-operative view
2. Osteotomy is done keeping final position of crown in mind
3. Implant placed in 3-D position. Buccal threads are exposed due to long standing periodontitis case.
4. 1st layer of autogenous graft is placed. I need regeneration to take place hence the autograft is chosen.
5. Second layer of xenograft is placed to increase the volume of buccal bone. A-oss is used in this case. It will increase overall resorption time of the bone graft.
6. Collagen membrane is placed and secured with periosteal suturing.
7. Final closure of the tissue.
8. Final xray.
