Pratham Ayurveda में हमारा विश्वास है कि स्वस्थ शुरुआत ही आशावान भविष्य की नींव है।

विश्व स्वास्थ्य दिवस 2025 पर हम मातृ एवं शिशु स्वास्थ्य के लिए आयुर्वेदिक दृष्टिकोण से समर्पित हैं — जहाँ गर्भावस्था से लेकर प्रसव और प्रसवोत्तर काल तक शारीरिक, मानसिक और आत्मिक संतुलन पर ध्यान दिया जाता है।

हर 7 सेकंड में एक माँ या नवजात शिशु की मृत्यु होती है — जबकि आयुर्वेद में सदियों से यह ज्ञान मौजूद है कि सही दिनचर्या, पोषण, और पंचकर्म से ऐसी कई जटिलताओं को रोका जा सकता है।

इस वर्ष की थीम: "स्वस्थ शुरुआत, आशावान भविष्य" हमें यह स्मरण कराती है:

मातृ और नवजात मृत्यु दर में कमी लाने हेतु जन-जागरूकता बढ़ाएं

गर्भावस्था के दौरान आयुर्वेदिक उपाय जैसे गर्भसंस्कार, सत्ववर्धक औषधियाँ और योग-प्राणायाम को अपनाएं

महिलाओं के दीर्घकालिक स्वास्थ्य को प्राथमिकता दें
