3 and half year boy was diagnosed by nursing bottle caries. All upper incisors were involved with deep caries along with uper premolars.

We did 4 RCTs of upper front teeth and followed by composite build up of those teeth and calcium hydroxide dressing followed by metal crown of upper premolars .everything was done under local anaesthesia and patient was playful and not crying during treatment..

Don’t ignore if ur child has black spots on his teeth!

Patient came with complain of attrition and periodontitis in all teeth and difficulty in chewing.

No treatment was possible to save the teeth so we decided to remove all teeth followed by upper and lower complete denture.

Patient came with complain of compromised look ,chewing efficiency and fitting of upper denture. Patient was not satisfied with old denture so we decided to make new characterised upper denture.

The patient came with multiple missing teeth , root pieces and supra eruption of adjacent teeth..

First we removed all root pieces and did RCTs of multiple teeth to lower the plane of supra erupted teeth. As the patient was very apprehensive and was not ready for implant surgery we made a conventional Fixed partial denture..

On examination of x-ray we found instrument separation , underfilled canals and curvature which was not negotiated. We by-passed the separated instrument and completely obturated the canals! patient was happy after treatment completion!
