જ્યારે અનેરી પ્રથમ વખત અમારી પાસે આવી, ત્યારે તે ગર્ભાવસ્થાના નવા અનુભવથી થોડી ચિંતિત હતી — મનને શાંતિ કેવી રીતે આપવી અને આ સમયને સકારાત્મક રીતે જીવવો, એ પ્રશ્નો તેના મનમાં હતાં.
Divine9 ખાતે અમે તેના માટે Garbhasanskar અને Pregnancy Yoga શરૂ કર્યું, જ્યાં શરીર સાથે મન અને આત્માની શાંતિ પર ધ્યાન આપ્યું. 🌿
