Happy to share a case of Full mouth Rehabilitation.(FMR)
Multiple moving teeth, Decayed teeth and Gum problems.

The treatment was started with our "Bottom to top" approach, treating the foundation before constructing the building.

We have successfully completed this case using latest DMLS technology for the prosthetic part
Every effort was taken to save the natural dentiton,and not involve sound teeth in the preparation.

The shade was chosen in accordance with the patients wishes.
Getting a Five star review is just the icing on the cake.

Presenting a case of Full Mouth rehabilitation (FMR)

•77 year old Female patient.

•Firm dentition,but severe attrition is seen in several parts, not generalized.
Adequate bony support.

•old ceramic bridges, covering some part of the dentition.

•Aim: To get a functional, esthetic and fesiable treatment design considering the patients age and choices.

• *Treatment:* periodontal flap and CLP as required
•Endodontic treatment for the involved teeth
•Placement Of DMLS Prosthesis following Exocad scans of frame fit.
