Another case of full mouth rehab by all on 4 and all on 6 pattern of implants. Severely resorbed maxilla and patient age of 75y. Surgical procedure done to place implants and prosthesis given after 3 months. Digital scans were recorded and titanium base abutments were used and dmls pfm prosthesis was fabricated over it. The result was a passive fit and highly esthetic prosthesis.

Posting case of immediacy:
lady with long span Pfm bridge had crack and mobility in lower anterior bridge. Clinical and radio evaluation showed fractured Rct treated teeth in lower anterior segment.
Bridge was cut and carefully removed, 6 anterior Rct treated teeth extracted atraumatically, crestotomy done , immediate implants placed and impressions recorded.
Patient was given temporary PMMA fixed prosthesis within 24hrs.
Final Pfm screw retained prosthesis given after 3 months.
