We’re thrilled to present the first case in the city utilizing the cutting-edge Nobel Biocare Active TiUltra implants combined with Xeal multi-unit abutments!

This technology is a game-changer for full-arch rehabilitation.

The Challenge: Severe upper and lower arch resorption, leaving the patient reliant on removable dentures.

The Goal: Provide a fixed, immediate-function solution for the lower arch.

🛠️ Our Process:

• Virtual Precision: The entire case was meticulously planned in DTX Implant software, ensuring perfect implant placement, angulation, and abutment orientation—even correcting access holes for the final prosthesis!

• The Surgery: Freehand All-on-4 pattern executed flawlessly.

• Immediate Results: Multi-unit abutments (MUA) were placed, and the patient walked out with an immediate PMMA screw-retained provisional.

• The Finish: After 3 months of healing, the final, permanent screw-retained prosthesis was delivered.
