The aim of this page is meant to empower everyone to be able to take care of his health all through WHY SHOULD ONE ADOPT NATURE-CURE?

Following Nature Care & Cure, ill can become well, well can become better and better still better. No medicine of any nomenclature or of any medicinal system is employed, only five cosmic elements viz., space, air, light, water, earth, exercise-active, corrective and recreational, mental poise and rest are the only measures employed. At the outset this is the only science whose foremost principle is to make every one his & his family's own doctor , to make every one independent of all so called experts[ doctors] .Secondly it does not employ any medicines of any sorts Thirdly it does need any diagnostic paraphernalia , no need to undergo hazardous diagnostic tests , only physical discomfort is sufficient tool to alleviate the suffering. It is a free life insurance at no cost.

Infection And immunity...

The teaching of Nature Cure is that there are,two types of immunity ,a real one and desirable one based upon the possession of positive health and an Unreal and undesirable one conferred by the presence of much more serious disease in latent or manifest form .The latter kind of immunity is common in civilization and among those who owe allegiance to Allopathy The former kind is to be found among the followers of nature nature Cure and in those regions of the of the world where modern civilization has not yet penetrated Because of the immunity by health, followers of our way of life are unafraid of disease and do not think much of infection .Hence they freely expose themselves to the chance of infection whenever proper in attending upon the sick.even in cases of like consumption or Typhoid .It has to be admitted that many followers of our system expose themselves in attending upon the sick. On the other hand many that have taken the medical teaching seriously are so afraid of catching the disease that they leave the care of their sick to paid servants keeping themselves at a 'safe' distance thus the medical teaching tends to make people inhuman.

The taste buds have been perverted so much so that even most tasty, sweet, 🍍🍎🍓🍇fruits are not eaten in their original taste but are sprinkled with salt, pepper and chillies, what a sorry state of affair.
Salads are also not consumed without a liberal addition of taste enhancers aka salt, lemon, etc
Fruits are not eaten empty stomach. There is so much decline in general awareness regarding hygienic laws
A return to nature and reason is long past due

लाख दुखों की एक दवा

घास का रस (दुर्वा पत्र) के महत्व के बारे में श्रीगणेश पुराण से *** प्राप्त होती है। बहुत काल पूर्व एक राक्षस था, जिसे अनलासुर कहते थे। *** राक्षस लोग हट से तपस्या करके अमूल्य वरदान ले लेते। इसी तरह अनलासुर ने भी वरदान प्राप्त किया था, जिस से बहु बहुत अहङ्कारी बन गया था। वह लोगों को बहुत कष्ट देता था।

नर तथा सुर मिलके ब्रह्मा जी के पास जाकर पुकारे। उन्होंने सलाह दी, कि गणेश जी ही अनलासुर को नष्ट कर सकते हैं। वहां से लोग गणेश जी के पास जाकर अपने कष्ट को बता ही रहे थे, तभी अनलासुर तुफान की तरह आ पहुँचा। भयभीत लोग गणेश जी के पर्वत समान शरीर के पीछे छिपने लगे।

उसी समय गणेश जी ने गुफा की भांति अपनी मुँह खोल दिया तथा अनलासूर जो तेजी से आता था, रुक न सका था, गणेश जी के पेट में प्रवेश हो गया। अनलासुर गणेश जी के पेट में पहुँचते सभी लोगों के पेट में आग जैसे लगी थी।

देवेन्द्र ने चन्द्र से अपनी शीतल रोशनी से गणेश जी को हवा करने को कहा। उससे कोई लाभ न होने से मरुत को अपनी डण्डी वायू से शान्त करने को कहा था। वह भी असफल होने पर वरुण की बारी आई, ठण्डी जल की वर्षा हुई, वह भी व्यर्थ बनी।

अन्त में ऋषि मुनियों ने एक-एक 21 दल दूर्वा पत्रों को गणेश जी के चरणों पर रखा और तुरन्त वह जलन समाप्त हो गयी।

मेधे में जो पाचन करता है उसे जाठराग्नि कहते हैं। अंग्रेजी में उसको “गास्ट्रिक जूस" बोलते हैं। “गास्ट्रिक जूस" अमिल तत्व की है। गास्ट्रिक जूस का अमिलत्व बड़ जाने पर पेट में जलन होता है, वे नर व सुर लोगों ने गणेश जी के पेट में अनलासुर के प्रवेश से अनुभव किया था। डाक्टर लोग उस स्थिति को हइपर असिडिटि कहते हैं।

हुइपर असिडिटि का उपचार वहि है जो ऋषि-मुनियों ने की थी, दूर्वा पत्र का प्रयोग।

गणेश पुराण की यह कहानी केवल मन बहलाने के लिए नहीं, बल्कि ज्ञान का खजाना है।

दान्तों को मजबूत बनाने के लिये एक मात्र औषधी दुर्वा (दूब) घास है।

केन्द्रीय गान्धी स्मारक निधि कार्यालय में एक मित्र थे, जिनका नाम है श्री चुनीलाल वैद्य। वह अविवाहित थे। विवाह की बात तो वह सोच नहीं सकते थे। कारण, उनके कई दांत हिलते थे। उनको मैंने घास चबाने का सलाह दी थी। हर दिन उन्हें हमारे दफतर आना होता था। आने से पहले वे अपने कुर्ते के जेबों में घास भर लेते, और साइकिल चलाते-चलाते हमारे दफतर आते समय एक जेब से घास लेकर चबाते थे। जो रस निकली उसे पी लेते और फोक को थूक देते थे। वैसे ही लौटते समय दूसरे जेब से घास खा लेते थे। दो महीने के अन्दर सब के सब दांत दृढ हो गये थे।

It has been dinned deep into the psyche of modern mind that but for the medical intervention/ ministration and help it is very difficult for man to survive in this highly polluted, corrupted environment. Medical man claim to take care from cradle to graveyard, from womb to tomb. Contrast this with followers of natural hygiene who live healthily all through their life without ever resorting to medical intervention/ help.

My childern have not been v@ccin@ted at all yet they lead a very healthy life. Contravening the medical claim that but for v@ccines, serum, inoculations human life cannot survive the onslaught of many fatal diseases, epidemic, pandamic etc. This is a totally false premise. No v@ccine is necessary to live healthily.

*HEALTH AND HEALTH ALONE IS THE IMMUNITY FROM ALL DISEASE.*

In the tropics there is more of acute disease, while in the temperate and colder regions chronic ones are more common and pronounced.
Sometimes it happens that a patient of acute disease, Who is reduced to a perilous state by medical incompetence and ministrations,is afterwards rescued from the jaws of death by the Natural way. ( My own case, some 42 yrs back I was on the way out of physical being) and lives to a great old age afterwards and prove to be useful for family and society
If acute diseases be radically cured,then there is no chance s of chronic or degenerative ones, because by this real cure the encumbrances are reduced..
At a debate over the BBC in England in 1953 , the allopath had to confess: ' We Do NOT KNOW HOW CHRONIC DISEASES ARE CAUSED.' THUS it was shown that the Nature- Healer's s view, that medical suppression of disease is their cause, was unchanged,so these very medical ministration are to blame for all ill health and suffering.

...On discussing why man suffer disease.....
My belief in this regards pertains to the fact that there are extraneous effects on human life according to his 'Prarabdha' means previous'Karma' according gly he takes birth in this life and he has to suffer badly to offset his earlier wrong doings, none suffers without any reason, Thousands of persons suffer form congenital diseases for a lifetime ,there is no end to their misery, Even Pure Nature cure cannot do much to alleviate their suffering
In my own cases i was born with a very weak Constitution, suffered many acute diseases in my child hood (upto 16 yrs) thereafter suffered chronic ,cold, cough, dyspepsia. I adopted NC as early as at the age of 27 yes, initially treated by NC practitioner s who knew nothing about pure or Basic nature cure of Acharya kl sarma It was my good luck that I came to the fold of Acharya S Swaminathan in the year 1978 that i could know what basic NC is Had it not been my'Prarabdha' I would not have come to know what real NC is
Even after following true NC I could not digest one single'chapati' or a roti with best of Nature cure at my disposal, This state of affairs was discussed in very details at 'Sanjeevani' the NC ure center run by Shri Crr Varma at Thrissur in Kerala in the year1998. The nature cure practitioner there told me that they have not, in their entire carreer came across a cases like mine. They tried their best to make me digest one Roti or little rice but they could not cut any ice with me .Even after following NC for the past 44 yrs my deep rooted ' dyspepsia' stands full blown, there is no respite, I do lots of 'Japaa' and'Tapas' but nothing works
Now how will the present set of Experts of Pure Nature cure will explain it. ? What are your take ? And many more followers. Is it not my'Prarabdha' or ,'Sanchit' or Aagami karma, Some may call that I don't follow fully the principles of nc, I dare them to live a life like me for a month or two and then expres s themselves. for the paste 44 yrs I am subsisting on frugal diet of raw and cooked veggies, fruits and little coconut alternated by some curds
Theoretically there are many views regarding suffering diseases on various account, but my firm belief is that no one can belittle the Prarabdha .This is also true genetically as well, we take birth i to the parents genetically strong or otherwise depending upon our destiny. and we live life depending upon those genes. God playing his role in our destiny.

Mother Nature is giving Her message to all , but only a few care to listen to her. Those that listen to Her and follow the Science of basic nATURE- CURE ARE HEALTHY; THEY ARE SPARED, THEY DO NOT GET ANY CHRONIC OR DEGENERACY DISEASES AT ANY TIME.

This large segment of mankind happens to be deluded over the real cause of disease. And so long as this delusion persists , disease would continue to be there, assuming more & more insidious forms, confusing mankind as a whole
Mother Nature says; ''Health is the way, there is no way to health'', let every one of the habit that go to make up your 24 hours day be healthy , hygienic, in tune with the laws of Nature . Commit no violence on your body or mind.
''Disease is , in reality, a diminution of health brought about by unhygienic , habit of living . And cure comes by the restoration of health, by living the healthy way.
''The symptoms seen in disease are only intended to warn u that the internal condition is not normal, so that you could reform your living habits and get back to health. IF you mistake the symptoms to be the disease and take poisons, miscalled medicines, for getting symptomatic relief from tome to time. Your health level would go down progressively and, ,ere long you would reach a stage when the Healing POWER IN YOU WOULD BE ALMOST NIL. Your life would then be a state of continued suffering.
''GOD has given you the power of discrimination, the power to distinguish the right from wrong. Delusion would overwhelm you ,if you fail to use this power. Remember that delusion could enfeeble even a powerful ARJUNA and you can easily imagine what would be your fate if you give in to delusion.
'SATAN and his hordes are ever active in deluding the people, beware; Remember, the moment delusion is gone , the disease is also gone. Do not be deluded, use your power discrimination in your daily life and live long and healthy.

Appeal to votaries of Non-Violence [ Ahimsa ]

Year after year millions of animals are killed in laboratories in the name of medical and scientific research . But it is a fact rarely known to people that most of the animals killed are not for medical research but to monitor commercial products.
Here is a piece of news published in the ''OBSERVER'' Magazine dated 13th june 1976.;--
'' Of the 100,000 animals that die every week in BRITISH laboratories,[ it would be much more in 2018 ], perhaps as many as two -thirds do so, not in the cause of medical research and healing, but to monitor commercial products , from food flavourings to to cosmetics, from coating on wrapping paper to fore extinguisher fluids.
'''' Many people who accepts unequivocally the needs for animals to be used in biomedical research are asking if the deaths of nearly 6 million animals a year , probably rising to 10 million in another decade [ it is 3 decades more now ], if unchecked , is justified, Nearly every experimental animal dies , and it has to be asked;- Are we sacrificing too many without good reason ?
Shampoo tests, with conc. detergents introduced into rabbit's eyes; rubbing of strong soaps into the shaved backs of guinea pigs , with layers of skin first stripped off by surgical taps for deeper application; the force - feeding of dogs with weedkillers the effects of which are already known; the injecting of monkeys with intravenous ni****ne ; the use of sheep and pigs are targets in gun- shot - wounds research; stress experiments on pigs, animals described as the most nervous and hysterical of all by the nineteenth century biologist Pavlov'; all these are now being questioned.''
our view is well known. Animals experimentation even for the so-called medical research is not needed . Health can be had by making everybody health conscious and to live a natural life .Health can not be ordered back into THE SICK INDIVIDUAL BY PILLS, POWDERS,POTIONS, PURGATIVES AND THE LIKE.Take things as they are given to you by from plant kingdom by Nature and then and then alone , you would be practicing Ahimsa [ non-voiolence ]
