30 day old pulmonary atresia baby with PDA stent in situ supplying branch PAs.

This baby came on 6th day of life for echo I/v/o destauration. On admission patient was hemodynamically unstable with saturation of 30% and patient was in shock with cold extremities.
Echo was s/o pulmonary atresia with duct dependent pulmonary circulation.

Patient was immediately admitted in NICU. PGE1 and dopamine infusion was started. Patient gradually stabilised and saturation improved on PGE1. Parents were conuselled regarding need for PDA STENT/BT shunt.

With the help of financial help from relatives it was decided to shift patient to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani for further treatment. Patient underwent CT SCAN and after confirming suitability PDA Stenting was done.

Patient came for follow up. He is 1 month now doing well, gaining wt and saturating at 82%.
