LBB pacing for a middle aged man with recurrent syncope.It gives quite narrow QRS Complexes than conventional Pacemakers and also the risk of PACEMAKER induced LV dysfunction is not there. Its been used as an alternative to CRT for many pts with LV dysfuntion requiring pacemakers
Probably this is the first case done in PRAYAGRAJ. Pt is doing well. Planning for more in near future
