Devotees join Prabhat Pheris with devotional hymns followed by Nagar Kirtans where the Guru Granth Sahib is carried in a decorated palki, accompanied by singing &martial art displays like Gatka. Gurudwaras are lit up with flowers & lights, creating a festive atmosphere. The Langar serves free meals all day reflecting Guru Nanak's teachings of seva & equality.

छठ पूजा एक महत्वपूर्ण हिंदू त्योहार है जो बिहार, झारखंड, उत्तर प्रदेश और नेपाल में मनाया जाता है। यह पर्व सूर्य देव और छठी मैया को समर्पित है। पौराणिक कथाओं के अनुसार, इसकी शुरुआत महाभारत काल में हुई थी, जब द्रौपदी ने सूर्य देव की उपासना की थी। यह पर्व धार्मिक, सामाजिक और सांस्कृतिक रूप से महत्वपूर्ण है।आज देशभर में लोक आस्था का महापर्व छठ का त्योहार मनाया जा रहा है। यह चार दिनों तक चलता है, जिसमें तीसरे दिन का विशेष महत्व होता है। जहां पर संध्या अर्घ्य देकर सूर्य उपासना और छठी मईया की पूजा होती है। इस दिन व्रती घाट पर एकत्रित होकर डूबते हुए सूर्य को अर्घ्य देते हैं।
