How to avoid surgical intervention in elder children with CTEV?
क्लब फुट में जन्म के समय से ही पंजे तिरछे रहते है जो की पोनसेटी के तरीके से प्लास्टर लगाने और हील कार्ड टेनोटॉमी और क्लब फुट के विशेष जूते को ३ साल तक पहनाने से पूरी तरह से ढीक हो जाते है लेकिन सभी अनुदेशों का सही ढंग से नहीं पालन करने या इलाज पूरा नहीं होने पर बड़े बच्चो में भी क्लब फ़ुट देख्नेने को मिलता है कुछ साल पहले तक इन बड़े बच्चो में सर्जरी की जरुरत परती थी और सर्जरी के बाद पंजे की साइज छोटी रह जाती थी और लचीलापन भी कम हो जाता था परन्तु आज कल सख्त प्लांटर फेसिया को बिना टांके के ऑपरेशन से ढीला करने के बाद ६ से १० बार पोनसेटी प्लास्टर लगाने से पंजे लगभग पूरी तरह से ढीक हो जाते है कुछ बच्चो में मांश पेशियों के नश को पंजे के अंदर की तरफ से पंजे के सामने लाने की जरुरत पड़ती है. अब तक इस तरीके से लगभग १०० बच्चो का सफलता पूर्वक इलाज किया जा चूका . सभी बच्चो में सफलता हाशिल हुई है
In club foot, the foot remains twisted inside since birth, which is completely cured by applying Ponseti's method of plaster and heel card tenotomy and wearing special shoes for club foot for 3 years with all the instructions followed correctly. Due to non-compliance or non-completion of treatment, club foot is also seen in older children. Until a few years ago, surgery was required in these older children, and after surgery, the size of the feet remained small and rigid. Foot lose their flexibility so much more rigid than normal feet. But nowadays, after cutting the hard plantar fascia by percutaneous technique without stitches, and Ponseti plaster 6 to 10 times, the foot becomes almost completely corrected. In only a few cases we need tendon transfer to prevent recurrences. So far, about 100 children has been had been successfully treated with this method in lost 3 years. Got 100% success with every elder child of CTEV with this technique. in this video, we have mentioned this technique for the benefit of our parents of children with club foot. few parents also shared their views about the outcome.
