For years, people mocked the Indian tradition of eating dinner before sunset and called it “unscientific.”
But now International Research Papers are showing that late-night dinner increases the risk of Diabetes, Obesity, Heart Disease and many metabolic disorders.
Our ancestors may not have had modern labs, but that doesn’t mean they lacked wisdom.
Before rejecting ancient Indian traditions blindly, we should first ask:
“What if there was real science behind it all along?”
