वात्सल्य हॉस्पिटल की स्त्री रोग विशेषज्ञ डॉ. अभिलाषा सिंह आपको दे रही हैं जरूरी जानकारी HPV (ह्यूमन पैपिलोमा वायरस) वैक्सीन के बारे में, जो कि सर्वाइकल कैंसर और HPV से जुड़ी अन्य बीमारियों से सुरक्षा प्रदान करता है।

✅ कौन लगवा सकता है यह वैक्सीन?
📌 लड़कियाँ और लड़के – 9 से 14 वर्ष की उम्र में सबसे प्रभावी।
📌 26 साल तक की उम्र में भी यह वैक्सीन दी जा सकती है।
📌 कुछ मामलों में 45 वर्ष तक के वयस्कों को भी दी जा सकती है – डॉक्टर की सलाह जरूरी।

✅ सावधानियाँ व ज़रूरी बातें:
🔹 यौन संबंध शुरू करने से पहले यह वैक्सीन अधिक प्रभावी होती है।
🔹 वैक्सीन सुरक्षित है – हल्का बुखार या इंजेक्शन वाली जगह पर दर्द हो सकता है।
🔹 पूरी डोज़ लेना ज़रूरी है (उम्र के अनुसार 2 या 3 डोज़)।
🔹 यह वैक्सीन नियमित Pap smear टेस्ट का विकल्प नहीं है – दोनों ज़रूरी हैं।
