The Perfect Gut-Healthy Morning Routine
1. Should wake up early (Before 7 AM) because our gut is most active in the morning.
2. Drink warm lemon water or other drinks as mentioned below because it stimulates bile production, hydrates intestines for smoother bowel movements and alkalizes the body, reducing gut inflammation.
3. Do gentle exercise /yoga/brisk walking for gut motility.
4. Eat a fiber-rich breakfast, within 1 Hour of waking. For breakfast we can have overnight oats with chia seeds & berries, scrambled eggs with sautéed spinach, smoothie with banana, flaxseeds & almond butter.
5. Should practice deep breathing before eating because stress triggers gut-brain axis dysfunction, leading to indigestion.
6. Take a Probiotic or Gut-Healing supplements for gut health.
7. Avoid drinking Coffee on an empty stomach.
For a healthy gut in the morning, we should try the below mentioned drink choices to hydrate and kickstart our digestive system gently before breakfast.

Kefir/Kombucha: Fermented drinks packed with probiotics for gut balance.
Green Smoothie: Blend leafy greens (spinach, kale) with fruit and a liquid for fiber and nutrients.
Ayurvedic Options:-
Apple Cider Vinegar Tonic: Mix 1 tbsp in warm water to help break down food.
