Monochorionic Monoamniotic Twins..
નામ જેટલું complex છે, પ્રક્રુતી માં પણ એટલું complex છે…

મોનોએમ્નિઓટિક જોડિયા એ સરખા અથવા અર્ધ-સમાન જોડિયા છે જે તેમની માતાના ગર્ભાશયમાં સમાન એમ્નિઅટિક કોથળી ધરાવે છે. તેઓ વચ્ચે એક જ મેલી રહેલી હોય છે, પરંતુ તેમની પાસે બે અલગ-અલગ નાળ હોય છે.
ઘણા complications થતા હોય છે જેમકે

TTTS- twin to twin transfusion syndrome: જ્યાં એક ગર્ભનું લોહી બીજા ગર્ભમાં જાય છે.આ પ્રકારના જોડિયામાં એક ગર્ભ મોટો અને ભારે થઈ શકે છે અને બીજાનું વજન ઓછું હોય છે.

Cord compression-એક જોડિયા બીજાની નાળને સંકુચિત કરી શકે છે, સંભવિત રીતે પોષક તત્ત્વો અને લોહીના પ્રવાહને અટકાવી શકે છે અને પરિણામે ગર્ભ મૃત્યુ પામે છે.

Cord entanglement- ગર્ભનાળનુ એકબીજામાં વીંટળાઈ જવું …

When it is Mo-Mo twins, there is bigger responsibility of obstetricians in antenatal period. It is very difficult to reach upto full term in such cases, case itself is rare..We closely observed our this patient in every phase and monitored her .
Today she delivered 2 beautiful babies weighing same..
Babies are with mother and they are healthy and happy family now..🙂
