Social media is made by trends -- organic and manufactured! A lot of times, we follow it to feel we are moving towards personal development rather than doing the actual work in our little corner of the world. Vulnerability seems to be one such trend. Nothing wrong with posting about our vulnerability unless it's the only thing we do to tell ourselves that we have become vulnerable!

is tough. We don't have a common understanding of it. Some people think that they should be tough and not feel their emotions as it would mean they are weak. Vulnerability is not desirable to them.

The opposite is true. It's only when we are vulnerable that we can see the most difficult parts of ourselves without falling apart. We don't have to skirt around issues or be afraid of some incident that will blow up our composure. We are okay with losing our composure. We are okay to be seen as a human who is not perfect.

Why do we need to do this work? Because it makes us antifragile. It gives the ability to feel the full spectrum of emotions - sadness and joy 🕊️
