जितने भी रंगीन फल होते हैं वे स्वास्थ्य के लिए लाभकारी होते हैं।
तंबाकू से दूर रहें।
खाना बनाने के लिए जैतून तेल (Olive Oil) का प्रयोग करें।
पर्याप्त नीद लें। पर्याप्त नीद नहीं लेने पर शरीर से Stress Hormones निकलते हैं, जो धमनियों को Block कर देते हैं और जलन पैदा करते हैं।
आज हमारे जीवन का आधे से भी ज्यादा समय हमारे कार्यस्थल या ऑफिस में बीतता है। घंटों एक ही स्थिति में बैठना हृदय के लिए हानिकारक हो सकता है।
थोड़ा समय व्यायाम के लिए निकालें। प्रतिदिन कम से कम आधे घंटे तक व्यायाम करना हृदय के लिए अच्छा होता है। ऐसा करने से Heart-Attack होने का खतरा एक-तिहाई तक घट जाता है।
