Pt age 33 yr old spoiled and rotten maxillary teeth first decided to take out all prosthesis and re do the root canal of 13 to 23 and some apisectomies and implants at posteriors but analysing fair
prognosis pt opted for full arch extraction and implant supported prosthesis. Concern age of patient planned as much implants as possible and tried making implant at every alternate teeth restricting it to only one Pontic between two implants.
Single sitting procedure done -
- extraction of all maxillary teeth
- degranulation of all periapical lessons
- placing 7 implants at strategic positions
- performing GBR and contour veneer grafting with almost 2 cc bone graft ( allograft minneross-Biohorizon + xenograft -endo bone i3 ) 50-50 + collagen membrane Neomem citagenx secured with periosteal sutures
- flap advances and primary closure achieved with 4.0 vicryl
- pt placed on low dose steroids and iv antibiotics + analgesics for 2 days
- perfect healing and best pt comfort at one week follow up
*note-free hand surgery ( brain guided )
