Professors and administrators at Nirma University, Gujarat participated in an Integrated Amrita Meditation workshop.
This workshop provided a beautiful opportunity for them to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves amidst their busy academic lives.
The IAM Meditation Technique, created by Amma, is a simple yet powerful practice designed to bring mental clarity, emotional balance, and physical relaxation. For professors who constantly juggle teaching, research, mentoring, and home responsibilities, IAM offers a much-needed space to de-stress and recharge.
