Tips for daily Skin care Routine:
1. Avoid exposure to sunlight as far as possible. Wear protective clothing. Keep your face covered, while going outdoors.
2. Use a broad spectrum, sunscreen as advised by your doctor regularly. Sunscreen should be used liberally and daily at least once in morning, even if you are staying indoors. It protects against UV radiation crossing through windows inside our homes and work places. Also apply sunscreen 30 minutes before going out. Do not forget to use sunscreen even on cloudy or rainy days.
3. Use some night repair cream, as prescribed by your doctor, even after completion of treatment. At our clinic, we recommend alpha hydroxy acid or retinoid containing night creams on a regular basis. They help in achieving a naturally healthy and glowing skin.
4. Take good healthy antioxidant-rich diet. Lots of fruits, fresh vegetables and plenty of water. Mostly take dark coloured fruits and vegetables which contain natural anti-oxidants that are most beneficial for our skin.
5. Last, but not the least, avoiding stress helps us in achieving glowing and radiant skin.
