*How to Do a Body Scrub*

Take a small tub and fill it with hot water ( as hot as you can bear) ; or do it with hot running water under the shower. Take a cotton washcloth. Dip the cloth in the hot water and squeeze the excess water. Rub skin vigorously, wetting the cloth once you finish one area of your body. So , for example, if you are done with one arm, wet the cloth again and do the other arm. Do it on every part of the body ( buttocks, back of the neck , behind the ears, between the toes) . Don't forget the face. Focus on the joints as maximum discharge gathers around the joints).

Your body naturally supports weight loss during winters through a phenomenon called *homestastasis* . It is the body’s tendency to maintain a stable internal environment. During winters, the body works hard to keep the core temperature up and keep the internal temperature stable. To do this, a lot of calories are burnt by the body.🤩

➡️ *Quality sleep* :-

Lack of sleep slows metabolism and increases cortisol which leads to weight gain. So, focus on quality sleep during winter. But don’t sleep too much as that can lead to putting on more kilos.

A Nutrition analysis of Chinese dishes would show that many of them are extremely *high in calories value, sodium content, fat content and simple carbohydrates* ( which behave like sugar in the body, making you fat) . Excess sodium leads to an increase in blood pressure and water retention, which increases weight and makes you look bloated.
You could make healthy choices while ordering chinese food.Let us start with everyone's favourite-
*dim sum.*:- You think it is healthy because it is steamed. But dim sum is primarily made of maida ( refined flour) , which causes your blood sugar to spike and promotes fat storage ( dim sum is especially bad for diabetics) .
For starters, The main course is like a minefield of calorie - loaded food.stir - fried dishes are better as they are relatively low on sodium, are cooked fast and in lesser oil ( since they are not deep - fried ) .stay away from that Manchurian! It is first wrapped in maida and then deep - fried .Then it is soaked in a high - sodium sauce . Is there a better way to spell ' health disaster ' ? Basically, stay away from that. Some of them have loads of sugar added, like sweet and sour or garlic.For your rice/ noodles option, you would have to navigate another minefield. Noodles are made from refined flour and then are soaked in oil and flavouring* ( including soy ) you know what that does , so stay away from it . Fried rice is a slightly better option as it is rice based.The best option is steamed rice. Besides the relatively lower calories, it has negligible sodium content. Also , it gives you a chance to really experience the flavour of the vegetable and / or meat dishes that you would order to go with it . Try Jasmine rice - it smells fantastic.Even if you are ordering healthy food, make sure you do not overeat and control your portions.If you must have dessert, go for fresh fruit for a light and sweet finish. Do not forget to get some green tea or Jasmine tea . This tea is available at many restaurants; drinking Oolong tea after a meal reduces fat absorption from the food. To start with...There is no scientific basis to back it up and there has never been any solid research published to prove it works.
*Let us show*
This further with the idea's behind this diet .
*For example*:-

The diet claims that the *blood group O* came first, when humans were hunters and gatherers , so people of that blood group should primarily eat foods that were eaten at that time.
First, the theory of which blood group came first and which came second is infinitely hard to nail down by scientific methods.

So, *it is impossible to know for sure that all the humans who were hunters and gatherers had blood group O.*
Thus, there is no scientific basis for this concept. Further , the problem with this idea is that humans were eating foods based on where they were located.
On this diet , carbohydrates are restricted for most blood groups. *As we know consuming carbohydrates is essential to being healthy.* Then , some blood groups are asked to avoid dairy. There is an emphasis on only blood group
*AB is only about 6 per cent* *of the world's population* .

By this pattern, it you eliminated food groups, then over a period of time it could lead to nutritional imbalances and deficiencies.
Further, the diet says that, based on your blood type, you should perform certain kinds of exercise.

*For example* :-

*People with blood group *A** They are recommended less vigorous exercise, those with blood group
*O* are recommended vigorous exercise and those with blood group
*B* should do activities like dancing and tennis.
If you don't already find that idea preposterous, then think about this. people with blood group *O* are best for vigorous exercises.

*So , do most of the world's top athletes have blood group O? Probably not .* And do the top tennis players of the world have *only blood group B ? Aga* in, probably not. Instead of worrying about how your blood group impacts your weight loss,what you need to do is that

*you need to watch what you eat , *get some exercise and stay healthy* .*
