सर्दी व् खांसी
बार – बार खांसी उठती हो तथा कफ बाहर न आता हो तो भीगे हुए 5 बादाम छीलकर तथा बराबर मात्रा में मिश्री मिलाकर पीस ले ! इस मिश्रण को प्रतिदिन सुबह – शाम चाटने से सुखी खांसी ठीक हो जाती है !
कलि मिर्च , सर्दी औत कफ से राहत प्रदान करती है ! इसके सेवन से खांसी में भी आराम मिलता है ! सर्दी के कारण नाक बहने पर काली मिर्च का सेवन करे , राहत मिलेगी !
जैतून के तेल को छाती पर मलने से सर्दी , खांसी तथा अन्य कफज – विकारो का शमन होता है !
तुलसी के पत्तो का रस , अदरक का रस और शहद बराबर मात्रा में मिलाकर 1 – 1 चम्मच की मात्रा में दिन में 3 – 4 बार सेवन से सर्दी , जुकाम व् खांसी की समस्या दूर होती है !

आधा तोला अनार की सुखी छाल बारीक कूटकर व् छानकर , उसमे थोडा सा कपूर मिलाये ! यह चूर्ण दिन में 2 बार पानी से साथ मिलाकर पीने से भयंकर और कष्टदायक खांसी मिटती है !
सौंफ और मिश्री का चूर्ण मुहं में रखने से रह – रह कर होने वाली गर्मी की खांसी मिट जाती है ! सुखी खांसी के उपचार के लिए एक छोटे से अदरक के टुकड़े को छिल ले और उस पर थोडा सा नमक छिडक कर उसे चूस ले !
खांसी में मेहंदी के पत्तो के काढ़े से गरारे करना लाभदायक शिद्ध होता है !
लंबे समय तक इलायची चबाने से भी खांसी से राहत मिलती है !
2 ग्राम काली मिर्च और 1 ½ ग्राम मिश्री का चूर्ण या शितोपलादी चूर्ण 1 – 1 ग्राम दिन में 3 बार शहद के साथ चाटने से खांसी में लाभ होता है !
तुलसी के पत्तो का सार , अदरक और शहद मिलाकर बना मिश्रण तपेदिक और ब्रोन्काइटीस जैसी बीमारियों के कारण हुई खांसी में लाभदायक है !
