35 year female with multiple nodules over face underwent skin biopsy and the biopsy sent to Kriti Diagnostics .. The biopsy showed grenz zone with foamy histiocytes. Modified ZN stain revealed plenty of lepra bacilli thus helping the patient for definitive treatment. The image of lepra bacilli is shown..
