Degenerated submucosal fibroid a rare look while doing hysteroscopy.you can see it completely disappears while increasing the pressure of infused fluid & comes back to its original size/ shape while decreasing the pressure.It was completely occupying the endometrial cavity.
Fibroids are of different types.
Intramural fibroids are the ones which are growing inside muscular walls of uterus.
Subserosal fibroids are the one which grow on outer surface of uterus.
Submucosal fibroids are the one which grow on inner side towards endometrial cavity.
This one was submucosal which was degenerated & soft, it was completely notorious to handle & resect.This case was presenting with primary infertility & AUB.
