1. Name :
The name of the Trust shall be the “Kashmir Homeopathy Practitioner’s Community (KHPC).
2. Mission Statement
“The Kashmir Homeopathy Practitioner’s Community (KHPC) will encourage interaction between its members and the ge
neral public to mutual benefit. It will provide a forum to promote lifelong learning, to facilitate good relations between education, business and Homeopathy Pharmacy and to create productive networks for individuals and organizations. The KHPC is commuted for the development of Homeopathy and Its Research.”
3. Objective
The Kashmir Homeopathy Practitioner’s Community (KHPC) will seek to operate regionally, nationally ad internationally with the following objectives. Encourage the advancement of Homeopathy and professional skills in the Homeopathy Medical field. Promote lifelong learning, continuing professional development, the application of knowledge and self development. Encourage interaction between industrial and commercial organization Institutions of further and higher education, Livery companies, professional bodies and other relevant origination. Facilitate good relations and networking opportunities among its members across different medical professionals/occupations. Seek to raise the profile of vocational achievement and continue to strive for the development of our members, associates and students. Support and encourage other degree, diploma and certificate holders to join and progress though our membership structure.
4. Membership Eligibility
Membership will be open to all the BHMS Degree /Diploma Holders, Homeopathy Practitioners, Associate practitioners, Homeopathy Pharmacists, and Students studying of Homeopathy degree, diploma and certificate courses. And any body, who wish to support the Homeopathy, can also join. Their shall be: Life member, member, Professional member, Associate member, affiliate member, and student member., Any further extensions of membership will be considered by the committee as they arise and should maintain the integrity of the objectives of the KHPC.
5. The KHPC Committee
The KHPC will manage by a committee which shall include a chairman, an Honorary Treasurer, a Secretary and up to five other elected members. From that number a Vice-chairman Will b elected by the committee and will normally serve for two years. The chairman and Honorary Treasurer will hold office for three years and not be eligible for reappointment to those positions. Members will serve for three years and will not normally be immediately eligible for re-election. Three new members will normally be elected at the Annual General Meeting. The committee shall have the power to co-opt additional members who will not normally serve for more than one year. The KHPC office, based at Alshafa Clinic will act as Secretary to the Committee, manage the budget and undertake the required administration. The committee will oversee the annual programme of events and publications to ensure it is varied, relevant and productive. The committee will present an annual report on its work to members of the community. Nominations to join the KHPC committee/management members provided by reputed members. The Honorary Treasurer will provide regular finance report to the KHPC committee and will present the audited Accounts to the Annual General Meeting, which will be held in every year in Month of June.
6. Honorable Visitor
A Additional Deputy chief Medical officer Indian systems of medicines, shall be the visitor of the organization, In absence of or denying from the officer, other ISM officer not less than BMO rank shall be the Honorable visitor of the organization with confirmation & written acceptation of the position, by the officer. A formal invitation will be served under the seal and signature of the chairman of the committee. He /She will be the Honorable president of the community and he/she has the powers to settle the disputes and dissolve the committee when any sort of clashes however has occurred in the committee and clashes with constitution of the KHPC. He/she remain in power till posted in Government position, and place.
7. Membership subscriptions will be agreed annually by the committee, with advices from the general council.
2. Bing a charitable organization this organization/community shall approach for funds from general public. An Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held, normally in the month of June, at which the annual report and audited accounts will be considered. Office and committee members will also be elected at the AGM.
2. The routine meetings of the committee shall be held one in a month to look after the working of the KHPC, and its affairs.
8. Amendment
Amendment of the constitution must include both voting from those attending a General Meeting of the Community and postal voting from those members unable to attend this General Meeting due to geographical or other constraints. Any amendment must be approved by a majority of those voting .must be 3/2 of the General Council.
