I have been attending yoga classes with Supriya in Sattva for the last 2 years. Since I started doing yoga asanas as per the instructions I feel highly rejuvenated and energised and my health has improved. I feel confident and satisfied by her encouragement and guidance and one feels that
those classes have a transformative impact on one's life health wise physical as well as mental. With the recitation of
certain slokas one is drawn to the spiritual realm also.
Once again I utilize this platform to thank and appreciate
Supriya for the hard work , sincerity and tremendous grit she has shown during her classes and sessions. Let us all pray
together for the Lords blessings also.
