Moments from our last Thai Yoga Massage Course :)

This course was very special to me — the first one at my own shala, held on Ganesh Chaturthi. 🌸🐘
Ganesh, the remover of obstacles and god of the new beginnings, gave this gathering an even deeper sense of meaning.

Spending these days together in nature felt like a retreat — cozy, nourishing, and sometimes even magical. 🌿
One afternoon we witnessed an eagle catching a snake in the fields below — a powerful reminder of the wildness and presence of life around us. 🦅🐍

With delicious Thai food every day by it sometimes felt as if we had escaped to Thailand itself — a proper pause, a little journey beyond the everyday. 💛

The course was a blend of depth and lightness: learning, challenge, laughter, stillness, and connection.

I’m deeply grateful to everyone who joined and the time we had together. 🙏

✨ My next Thai Yoga Massage Level 1 & 2 (50 hrs certified) will take place 27 Nov – 5 Dec at Sunbird Shala in Goa.

Last view days were special. Family batteries are fully charged. It doesn't matter how cold it is outside when you are warm inside. Grateful for my family and the warmth of the nest. Some were missed deeply but carried in the heart.🩷
