Our CoG are keeping physically fit 😊
All of them walk everyday without fail mainly in the evenings.
While Kishor does physical exercises like pushups and running on the spot, his sister Priti has taken a liking to walking.
She has a walking app and tries to achieve 5000 steps everyday.
Well done Priti.
Keep it up.
