PEP TALK
Getting older doesn't mean you have to slow down or accept injurie or sickness due to age.
Being young in age doesn't mean you are invincible & should be wreckless with your body
No matter your age or culture YOU DESERVE to be a " full of Life energetic human being"!!
Like taking care of a cars engine so the car runs well. We need to do the same.
However it seems most take care of their possessions MORE then their own wellness.
To have the energy and clarity to live in joy state without energetically struggling, we need to take care of "our engine".
How can your soul THRIVE if your body is struggling ..
Strengthening your body has been taught by society that it's about having muscles to look good & women should be thin to be beautiful.
I have so much to say on this topic because Ive always had a spiritual connection to body work.
I started lifting weights in my 20s...it just made me feel good so i kept doing it.
Any stress in my life, I hit the gym. It became my "active meditation"
Now I'm in my 50s the benefits from this lifestyle has been incredible !!
Strengthening my body over time has made my soul feel light.
Because my body is strong I have youthful energy. I never get any injuries. My back and knees are healthy.
Muscle protects them.
Muscle protects your vital organs..
I know this is a long post, but I wanted you to read another side of why strength training is important for your NOW and your FUTURE FITNESS.
We are getting old too fast.. going to doctors too much .
All you have to do is take responsibility for your own fitness n health.
It's more important than your job actually !!
If you are not healthy and full of vitality you will drag your ass through your life..
That's not living !!
