Alex, a professional yoga instructor from Germany, runs it since 2008. From November to end of March there's regular drop-in classes and a monthly weekend workshop. The rest of the year, Alex is teaching workshops in Europe and in India

29 October - 2 November 2025. 5 days of Yoga with Alex in Altea, Spain. In between yoga classes, you will be able to enjoy the beautiful town, the sea and lovely walks along the coast or orange trees.

We had such a great time during the retreat in the South Tyrol last month! The place is beautiful, every day we had lovely walks, relaxing time in the sauna and of course a lot of yoga 🥰
We're going back next year!! Save the date: 22-27 July 2025!
