Alex, a professional yoga instructor from Germany, runs it since 2008. From November to end of March there's regular drop-in classes and a monthly weekend workshop. The rest of the year, Alex is teaching workshops in Europe and in India

We had such a great time during the retreat in the South Tyrol last month! The place is beautiful, every day we had lovely walks, relaxing time in the sauna and of course a lot of yoga 🥰
