Krishnayanam AYUSH is a program organized by Krishnayanam Mahasangha with a view to provide focused attention towards development of Education and Research in Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani , Siddha and Homoeopathy systems. The program continues to lay emphasis on upgradation of AYUSH educational standards, quality control and standardization of drugs, improving the availability of medicinal plant material, research and development and awareness generation about the efficacy of the system, domestically and internationally.

โ€œKrishnayanam Mahasanghaโ€ is an organization established on the Prem-Bhakti Andolan of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu and his doctrine โ€œAchintya-Bheda-Abheda Tattva (Inconceivable Oneness and Difference)โ€ where all are being diksh*ta (initiated), japashil (chanting), dhyanmagna (meditative), kartabyaparayan (dutiful) and karmashil (dispassionately active) by the Mahamantra,

"Hare Krishna Hare Krishna
Krishna Krishna Hare Hare
Hare Ram Hare Ram
Ram Ram Hare Hare"

-as the Sanghamantra (mantra of the organization). Krishnayanam is the conscious, subconscious and unconscious ever-flowing state of all existents and non-existents towards Paramatma (the Supreme Soul). By retaining Bhagavan Sri Krishna in deep consciousness, in this pursuit and surrender of receiving atmagyan (the self-knowledge) through the manifestation of "Srimad Bhagavad Gita" in hearts, all artha (meaning) become paramartha (absolute meaning), Krishnayanam Mahasangha is established in mahamilan (grand-union). Human race will be elevated to the "Vishwa Gita Savyata / Universal Gita Civilization". The lamp of knowledge will be lit all around. All human souls will be manifested in dispassion (vairagya). Paramatma (the Supreme Soul) will be adorned with the ornaments of Karma (dispassionate action). Bhakti-rasa (the devotional sap) will be flowed in hearts melted with love. In the joy of mahamilan (great-union) and mahamukti (great-liberation), it will be sounded "Om Shanti". The visionary of โ€œVishwa Gita Savyata / Universal Gita Civilizationโ€ and the highest religious leader โ€œRajsangha Sarathiโ€, the prominent thinker Sri Rajendra Madhav, founded Krishnayanam Mahasangha in the mission of life-journey through worldly and spiritual practices by the teachings of humanity and socialization of "Gaudiya Vaishnavism" of Sanatan Dharma, where in all minds there are "Bharat Darshan (the Philosophy of Bharat)" and the universal revelation of all-auspiciousness inherent in its cultural heritage; the absolute Yogakshetram (the ultimate place of unity of life). The Founder said,

Ayurveda boosts the functioning of the liver to increase the metabolic rate of the body. This leads to the improved Detoxification process whereby all the toxins are flushed out of the body. Ayurvedic massage therapies also improve blood circulation and consequently reduce the inflammation symptoms such as Pain and Swelling.

Ayurveda suggests the use of special massage therapies using herbal oils or application of herbal paste for joint protection. The herbs used in therapies possess pain reducing and anti-inflammatory properties.

According to Ayurvedic principles, a strong digestive system not only ensures efficient metabolism and nutrient absorption but also plays a pivotal role in maintaining overall well-being.

In Ayurveda, digestion is governed by the Agni, or digestive fire, which represents the transformative power of metabolism. The strength of agni determines how effectively the body can break down food, extract nutrients, and eliminate waste. When agni is balanced and robust, digestion proceeds smoothly, leading to optimal health and vitality. However, imbalances in agni can manifest as digestive issues, sluggish metabolism, and toxin buildup, contributing to various health problems.

Here are some key strategies to enhance digestive fire according to Ayurvedic principles:

Pancreatitis, characterized by inflammation of the pancreas, is a painful and potentially serious condition that requires timely medical attention and treatment.
Ayurveda, the ancient system of medicine originating from India, offers a comprehensive approach to wellness that addresses the root causes of disease and promotes balance and harmony within the body.
Ayurveda treatment options for pancreatitis, including dietary recommendations, herbal remedies, lifestyle modifications, and holistic therapies.
In Ayurveda treatment, pancreatitis is viewed as a disorder of the digestive fire or Agni, which governs the process of digestion and metabolism in the body. According to Ayurvedic principles, imbalances in the doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) and accumulation of toxins (ama) can disrupt the functioning of the pancreas and lead to inflammation and digestive disturbances. Ayurveda treatment for pancreatitis focuses on restoring balance to the doshas, strengthening Agni, and eliminating toxins from the body to promote healing and rejuvenation.

The tailbone, or coccyx, is the small triangular bone at the base of the spine. When this area becomes inflamed or injured, it can lead to significant discomfort and mobility issues.

In Ayurveda, tailbone pain (coccydynia) is seen as an imbalance in the Vata dosha, which governs movement and the nervous system. According to Ayurvedic principles, ayurvedic treatment for Tailbone Pain focuses on restoring harmony to the doshas through a combination of diet, lifestyle changes, and herbal remedies.

Ayurveda takes a holistic approach to health, treating ๐—ฉ๐—ถ๐˜๐—ถ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ผ by addressing the root cause rather than just managing symptoms. This approach leads to comprehensive healing and overall well-being. Ayurvedic treatments for vitiligo use natural ingredients such as herbs, oils, and minerals. Ayurveda believes that ๐—ฉ๐—ถ๐˜๐—ถ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ผ results from imbalances in the bodyโ€™s doshas, particularly Pitta and Kapha. Chronic stress occurs when a person has been under a lot of stress for a long time. Chronic stress can cause anxiety, cardiovascular disease, depression, high blood pressure, a weakened immune system, extreme tiredness, and physical health issues such as digestive issues, sleep disorders, and so on.

According to Ayurveda, three energies or doshas govern stress levels in our bodies : Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. The amount of stress in a personโ€™s body is heavily influenced by these three energy levels (doshas). According to Ayurveda treatment for stress and anxiety, the majority of people have a bi-doshic constitution (Vata-Pitta, Pitta-Kapha, Vata-Kapha) in their bodies. These doshas can have an impact on their overall mental health.

๐—ฉ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฎ ๐——๐—ผ๐˜€๐—ต๐—ฎ :
This dosha allows us to think quickly, unlocks our creativity and innovation, and can improve our intuitive power. People with a dominant Vata dosha may encounter stressful situations in their lives. When dosha levels rise, one may experience fear, anxiety, insomnia, isolation, and other symptoms.
๐—ฃ๐—ถ๐˜๐˜๐—ฎ ๐——๐—ผ๐˜€๐—ต๐—ฎ :
Pitta dosha promotes determination, intelligence, competitiveness, and self-assurance. Individuals may become more angry, irritated, frustrated, or incompetent as their dosha levels rise. Sweating, heartburn, diarrhea, and hypertension can also increase Pitta dosha levels.
๐—ž๐—ฎ๐—ฝ๐—ต๐—ฎ ๐——๐—ผ๐˜€๐—ต๐—ฎ :
Kapha energy is associated with strength, steadiness, and dependability. People with a dominant Kapha tend to resist change and be stubborn in normally unpleasant situations. This may result in high levels of stress. Stress can manifest as comfort eating, lack of motivation, tiredness, lethargy, and other symptoms in people with a dominant Kapha dosha.
