It’s true that yoga helps us navigate through life. But we all have that one trigger, or more.

What is that trigger for you? Backbends? Traffic? That annoying colleague? Your boss? Family? Social engagements? Holiday season? Share them in the comments

Your triggers are your best teachers 😉

The space in between is where everything shifts.
December feels exactly like that space - between the old and the new, shedding and becoming. And in this in-between month, my spirit is finding its fire again.

The magic isn’t in the ending or the beginning…
it’s in the space in between.
Where you slow down, warm up, and remember who you’re becoming. ✨

After a few beautiful years teaching in Goa, it feels special to begin again — right here, back home in Bangalore. 🌿
Our community is growing, one breath at a time. These classes are a space to move, breathe, and connect with yourself — gently, steadily, together. 🧘🏻‍♀️

Beginners are welcome just as much as experienced practitioners. Come as you are.

If yoga classes feel too fast, too loud, or just too much - this one’s for you. 🫵
Mysore Style Ashtanga Yoga isn’t a ‘follow the teacher’ kind of class. It’s quiet. Self-paced. Personal. 🧘🏻‍♀️
You move with your breath, at your pace - not to keep up with anyone else. 🪷

Whether you’re an introvert, a beginner or someone who’s always wanted to try Ashtanga/Yoga but found it intimidating…this might just be your kind of yoga. ✨

Our Story

Gofindyourself yoga is the urge to share the love and benefits of yoga with everyone, with the aim to help you find the best and truest version of yourself.

We live in a competitive world that sometimes moves faster than we can keep up. Many of us kill ourselves for a job that can replace us in weeks. The constant ‘fight or flight mode’ that we are in leads to the onset of several stress related disorders. Yoga is a holistic approach to general well-being of the Physical, Physiological and Psychological aspects of the human body.

The daily tedium can sometimes be overwhelming and in this rat race we forget to stay grounded, forget to look within before we look around. We get so consumed in the chaos and getting ahead that we forget to find the happiness that is within. Yoga helps to slow things down just for a little while, be in the moment and enjoy the company of your own self.
