What I prefer to use depends upon pressure created by the bowel movement.
If it is high I prefer -comode for quick call.
And floor seat for passing urine as it is helpful for complete evacuation.

Lemme share my morning routine before I forget :
Waking up late in the morning has become my habit for decades.I had to put in place the diapers that are collected day before disposal."Put in place"I mean the area to put garbage collected from all the flats and then discard them to the place where all the garbage need to be disposed from the localities.

I prefer use of lift 🛗 not stair after waking up in the morning for less movement of spine.

Pink salt are considered to be healthy could be used while cooking.
Black salt tastes very salty should be used by diabetics.
White Salt/regular salt could be practiced by the people on consumption of eating extra Salt.
*Hypothyroidism-white salt
*Hyperthyroidism- pink salt

Journey from Gen millennial to Gen alpha has been explored in such a way that it's difficult to face the people of the society.Facing people gives the feeling of being cared for,at the same time it also takes to the world which we never imagined of.The mind says something whereas the reality is something else.Binging on videos clears the doubt for sure giving satisfaction to the soul.But why does in reality it's difficult to find the correct soul.Or is it the modified brain from imagination to watching the videos based on fiction.Or is it because of not being aware of the place and their past.

Fresh vs left over food:
Fresh food consumed within an hour are always easily digested.Left over food that is food after 3-4 hours are considered as filling the stomach full.The consequence may be related to digestive problems.For the connected issues fruits are always the solution.Lemon water is also an option to add freshness to the body.

The only difference between the two is the leftover food produces Carbon dioxide which makes body lethargy.

Eat food according to individual's job and health.Whenever you feel sick avoid leftover and try eating within an hour.Each and every food has some nutritional value that needs time to bring into an effect.
