Assagao Birthing Centre The ABC welcomes everyone seeking community, health, wellness& education. We provide counselling& therapy. We welcome families from all over the world.

We host classes, courses,workshop& retreat as well as yoga, prenatal yoga, breathwork, soundsession, kids activities, swim classes& aqua therapy. I set up the Assagao Birthing Centre to be a peaceful, home like and safe environment to support and empower pregnant women through their pregnancy, natural child birth and/or water birth and to provide post natal care. As an independent midwife, my holistic approach to motherhood is grounded in the understanding that every birth is unique and every mother is deserving of individualised care. As a natural wellness centre, our doors are open to everyone, not only pregnant women. We offer yoga, Pilates and meditation classes, alternative therapies and various workshops for women (preg and non-preg), men and children of all ages. We are available regardless of nationality, religion and social status. We are located in the quiet residential neighbourhood of Assagao, a heritage village renowned for its fine architecture and beautiful gardens and greenery.

Hannah is an ashtanga yoga practitioner, fitness enthusiast, trainer and mum of 2 small girls.

She has trained throughout both pregnancies and is coming back stronger now 7 months post-partum.

This programme is designed from her own personal experience in yoga, strength training and pilates.

Suitable for mums from 6 weeks post-partum to mums of all ages who would like to invest in some “me time” and improve their overall strength, fitness and well-being.
