Vocal for local, might not sound like hazelnut or brazil nut but it is highly nutritious and healthy, handy nut to munch. It is a great source of calcium, protein and good for kidney and overall health.

Mostly it is grown in Southern and Eastern Asia and now being popularised by our Bollywood stars and many marketing companies. You may just simply buy organic makhana and simply roast it & eat it!!

It’s super exlir to life / highly pranic food n it has 96% water content which makes it most alkaline food n detoxifier for flushing out toxic from our body.

Wonderful to drink this juice empty stomach n don’t eat anything after this juice for 2 hours ! Peel, cut, grind, juice n drink ! You can grind in mixer using water or use slow juicer n drink this nectar!

If you don’t get ash guard, you may try cucumber or any vegetable juice or coconut water !

Let’s talk about the importance of Pranayama in Yoga!

Pranayama fundamentally helps one’s energy system to work in balance. Breathing and mental structure are connected which helps in emotional, physical and mental balance. Pranayama helps in purification of Nadis (subtle channels).

Yogasana is the ultimate answer to all questions but only if performed consciously and consistently for inner peace and mental well being.

Yogic food helps to nurture and nourish internally. This pandemic taught us how important it is to practice yogasana & pranayama for your healthy respiratory system. Also, mindful eating is equally important.

Pranayama is a practice of long deep rythmic yogic breath which helps to connect to your inner self. Pandemic draw much attention to the most ignored part of human body, lungs and heart which always existed and worked 24*7 in order to keep us alive!

No life can survive without breath, most of us are not even aware of closest function of breathing that one can feel, understand and connect to deep consciousness!!

✨Pranayama means Prana (vital force) and ayama (channelising) force in right direction for proper functioning of human body.

✨It helps to strengthen physical, mental, emotional & psychological aspect of human being. It helps in improving immunity and detoxification.

✨Regular practice of pranayama helps to keep your body disease free and improve function of each organ by great capacity.

👉Pranayama is a bridge between physical and mental body. Breathing is most physical aspect of subtle prana which connects you to the inner self.

🎯All pranayama should be done under a trained Yogic Master who is aware of your health condition.
